Fishing with Mom

I did this painting as a study, potentially for a larger painting.  I got the reference photo of the bears online from a painting by Bonnie Morris (Pinterest).  I was not impressed with the background in her painting so I used a photo I took of a small river coming down Guanella Pass near Bailey CO.  I also wanted to experiment with the fading vignette around the edges of the painting.
