Yosemite Snow

The 2017 original 11×14 oil painting was sold through Groveland Art Gallery in 2017. The reference photo I used for this painting was taken on Highway 120 between Groveland, CA and Yosemite in November 2017. The late afternoon sun was filtering through the trees and lightly falling snow was glistening in the air. Absolutely gorgeous! Too bad my painting couldn’t capture the reality. :(
